Tourmaline Enterprises is in the unique industry of package coding and marking. Our product line touches just about everything from food and beverage packaging to nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and cannabis packaging, from aerospace and automotive parts to lumber and window framing. Any product that requires a date, lot, expiration, manufacturers date or barcode and logos.

Our original founder began in coding and marking in 1997 as an early adopter of Thermal Inkjet technology for simple box coding. After his passing in 2015 we made the decision to move ahead with new branding and an eager and innovative team anxious to build upon the foundation he laid. We know that today he would be so proud of the company we have become.

We have a global reach with distribution and customers in North, Central and South America, the Bahamas and West Indies, the Benelux to the UK and all the way down to New Zealand and Australia. 

We like to say we are the small big team. Big enough to be known around the globe and yet small enough to be responsive to each of our clients needs. We have a collective experience of 55+ years in printing, more specifically coding and marking, and a young and challenging mindset of how technology will push the packaging industry into the future.

Meet The Team

LORI YAPHE-DELISLE

President / Visionary

Lori is a Southern California native who was raised north of Seattle, WA. She is highly motivated and driven both in business and life to give her best and help those around her reach their highest potential. She says “my favorite thing about owning Tourmaline Enterprises is the incredible talent that works here and the companies we serve.”

KURT ECCLEFIED

General Manager / Integrator

Kurt has always had a very entrepreneurial drive which has fueled his passion for operations. He has owned auto detailing businesses and owned and operated his own high-end/exotic car dealerships and real estate companies. With the heart of a leader and a tenacity to get things done right Kurt is the right guy to orchestrate every working part of our company.

Alicia Olson

Accounting Manager

Alicia is the longest-tenured member of our team here at Tourmaline with 9 years under her belt.  She’s a football fanatic and a die-hard “12th Woman Seahawk” fan in her spare time. When she is not sending invoices or balancing the books she is busy being a dedicated wife and mother to her two young sons. Her one thought about the company is “I love that at Tourmaline we work as a team to provide the best service for our customers, and we care for each other like family.”

RICK ARANDA

Operations Manager

Rick has his handprint in every department of Tourmaline. He has been instrumental in shaping our company culture and our technical offerings. Rick has an insatiable appetite for knowledge and therefore has surrounded himself with like-minded coworkers and driven us to achieve more all the time. His favorite thing about working at Tourmaline he says is “I like to work here because I feel like I am part of a positive, productive culture.”

Mike Chavez

Account Manager

Mike is our technical product specialist and our “go to guy” for so many things. A voracious reader he is always looking to push his limits of knowledge and kindness.  He truly has a heart for our clients and is always looking for new ways he can to help solve their problem or challenge and offer the best solution. Mike has an amazing sense of humor, a passion for travel and loves good food and coffee. He is also the talented photographer who took all of our photos! There’s no end to his creativity!

Sid Cabrera

Shipping Specialist

Sid is the newest member to our growing team and has already had a huge impact in the shipping department. Sid is incredibly disciplined in every aspect of his life which shows in his daily rituals of meal preparation and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He too is incredibly creative and well-read. Sid is fluent in 3 languages and can get by in about 6. Sid says his favorite thing so far about working here is “seeing the extent of how our business branches out to various types of industries and countries. It’s remarkable to see how the effort of a group of people can make such a big difference.

Gary Bach

US Channel Sales Manager

 

Gary was born in San Antonio, TX, but raised in Southern Illinois where he has lived his entire adult life. In Gary’s free time, and when the season is right, he is an avid boater and a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan. Professionally he has spent his entire career in the marking and coding business, working in sales leadership positions coaching direct sales engineers, international and US channel partners to success.

Dakotah Douglas

Technical Support Specialist

 

Dakotah is an incredible asset to the Tourmaline team, with a creative soul and a strong eye for photography, videography and creative writing. He is a first time father-to-be who is an aspiring author and science fiction lover. He loves seafood, and gaming with his lovely wife Cheryl. Dakotah’s sarcastic sense of humor and energetic personality means he is lovable and easy to get along with, an amazing part of our team.
